Identify what actually failed
A deposit rejected before completion, money debited without a credited balance, and an accepted withdrawal that never arrives are different problems. Write down which one occurred. Record the amount and currency, the time, the status shown and any transaction or withdrawal reference.
A status label alone does not prove that money reached a bank account. Ask the company handling the payment for a written explanation tied to your reference.
Build one clear record of the issue
Save the account statement, relevant terms, withdrawal request and support correspondence. Keep the original payment receipt or bank entry alongside screenshots from the service. Note the exact website address and the legal company name shown in its terms, if available.
Put the events in order: when the payment occurred, when the balance changed, when the withdrawal was requested and what support said afterwards. Preserve unedited originals privately. If you share a copy publicly, remove account numbers, identity documents and other personal information that is not needed to explain the issue.
Ask for a specific written response
Use a contact route independently confirmed on the provider's own website or account records. Include the reference, amount and date, then ask for the current status, the reason for the delay and the relevant clause of the terms. If a payment is claimed to have been sent, request its traceable payment reference.
Compare that answer with the terms that applied to your account. Identity checks, account restrictions or stated processing periods must be assessed against the actual documents; this guide cannot invent a universal withdrawal deadline. A support message alone does not prove the bank received a transfer.
Do not assume an extra payment will unlock funds
A demand for a new deposit, a release fee or a transfer to an individual's account deserves independent verification. Do not disclose an OTP, UPI PIN or password to someone offering to process a withdrawal. Keep any such request as evidence.
Contact your bank or payment provider through its official channels if funds were debited unexpectedly or you suspect account compromise. Explain the transaction accurately. Do not describe an authorised transfer as unauthorised simply because a service later failed to pay; give the bank the facts needed to assess the correct route.
Report suspected cyber fraud promptly
India's National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal provides an official reporting route; the cybercrime helpline is 1930. Supply the transaction details and evidence you have, and retain the acknowledgement and any follow-up instructions.
Reporting does not guarantee recovery. Keep using official contact routes and be wary of an unsolicited recovery agent demanding an advance fee.
Common questions
Can this guide release my withdrawal?
No. This website holds no customer money, operates no gaming accounts and cannot approve or trace an operator's payout. It can help you organise the relevant records.
Does a rejected payment prove the balance is lost?
No. First establish whether money was actually debited, returned, credited or paid out. Use bank records and transaction references rather than inferring the outcome from one status label.
